LOUIS THE HIPPIE | 'Hen House'
Updated: Aug 4
LOUIS THE HIPPIE has released ‘Hen House’ on the back of the prodigious career journey he has alighted over the past few years. His success started with a performance slot at UK Festival Latitude back in 2017. During this time Louis was also a BBC Introducing featured artist at that time, with his debut single ‘Love Never Grows Old’. BBC’s Mistajam followed by supporting LOUIS THE HIPPIE during the early stages of his growth back in 2017, and BBC Radio 6 Music also showed their encouragement and support for the Essex born artist.
‘Hen House’ will be followed by ‘Old School’, the second single leading up to the release of Louis’ debut EP ‘Kill The Shepherd’, currently scheduled for release in June. LOUIS THE HIPPIE’s ‘Kill The Shepherd’ comes as the first step in the new phase of his musical career after his collaboration with Hackney Based collective and working with music label ROOT 73, home to other grassroots artists such as Manik MC and Eerf Evil. Venturing on into the confusion that is the year 2020, we hope to see the rise of LOUIS THE HIPPIE with more innovating releases shaping the path of his career in music.
